ADVOCARE GLENDORA FAMILY PRACTICE is pleased to announce that we are now offering allergy testing and treatment under the care of your current provider.
Who can benefit from testing?
Patients who suffer from seasonal allergies, chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, migraines, eczema, and even asthma can benefit from allergy testing and treatment.
What will I be tested for?
Our allergy testing panel consists of 48 of the most common environmental allergens in the South Jersey area. This includes mold, dust mite, pet dander, trees, grass, and weed pollen.
How long does it take?
Testing takes approximately 30 minutes-15 to administer and 15 to register the results -so you don't have to wait long to learn the cause of your allergies.
Is it covered by my insurance?
Many insurances cover allergy testing and treatment at 100%. Our clinical allergy specialist will call to verify coverage with your insurance carrier prior to your testing appointment.
After testing, there are custom-formulated medications available to desensitize you to many of the pollens, mold and other triggers that cause your symptoms and make you uncomfortable. Rather than taking over-the-counter and prescription allergy medications, which only mask symptoms, we are now able to address the underlying cause of your symptoms with precision allergy testing.
